2019 WSOP Main Event Draws 8,569 Entries! Jul 07, 2019 The official numbers are in for the 2019 World Series of Poker main event!  A total of 8,569 players turned out this year, making this the second largest WSOP main event field in history! As a result of the mammoth turnout, the prize pool grew to $80,548,600. The top 1,286 finishers are set to make the money this year, with a min-cash of $15,000 and a top prize of $10,000,000!
