WPT World Championship: Soheb Porbandarwala Surges Up The LeaderboardDec 16, 2022Day 3 of the World Poker Tour World Championship at Wynn Las Vegas saw the money bubble burst in the early hours of the day. Two-time bracelet winner, WPT champion, and WPT commentator Tony Dunst was one of two players knocked out during the final deal of hand-for-hand, resulting in a chop of the $17,400 for 370th place between him and Kat Klassen. A huge hand took place just before the bubble officially burst that saw bracelet winner and WPT champion Soheb Porbandarwala knock out the 371st-place finisher to move into the chip lead. He has continued to add to his stack in the levels that followed. We caught up with him on a break later in the day to learn more about his surge up the leaderboard on day 3. |
