Yesterday I registered for the $1500 NL and the $5k 6max. This is the first time this trip I registered for an event that I might not be able to play if I made day two. I normally dont register for anything that might overlap…I just see what happens and then go from there. I didnt see how I could fully justify skipping the juicy $1500 just to make sure I didn’t miss the $5k 6 max that got me my biggest score last summer. I absolutely love 6 max and did not want to miss it at all…however I made day 2 of this $1500 and bagged a healthy 70k. I was debating still to stay registered and play both events…since the $5k starts at noon I could of played for 2.5 hours then jumped back and forth on breaks and that…but a good friend Matt Stout and a few others talked me out of it because the blinds are going to come around fast in a 6 max and its a big buy in…so I unregistered and I am going to have to miss my favorite event…therefore I must make tomorrow worth it in the $1500…I can’t wait..a long way to go..we are still like 30 from cashing but I feel good and I am playing way better than I did in the $2500 6 max the other day.

I am going to get some sleep so I will write another blog after this event and get caught up on some hands and things from these events.
