On Aug. 21, the Pittsburgh Poker Open will kick off at Rivers Casino. The 24-event series has guaranteed $100,000, including $50,000 for the main event.
Players can compete in a number of no-limit hold’em tournaments with buy-ins ranging from just $40+$10 all the way up to the $1,000+$100 main event. Tournament variations include turbo, bounty, deep stack, survivor, six-max and even a pot-limit Omaha event.
Players can get into the main event with one of three satellites that take place on Aug. 27, 29 and 30. These satellites allow players to win their main event seats for as little as $55+$5.
Those who do participate in the main event will enjoy a 30,000 starting stack and one-hour blind levels. Click here for a complete look at the structure.
