Ultimate Supersatellite to Take Place at Borgata

Someone will leave the Borgata next Sunday $9,800 richer and with entries into four major poker tournaments in pocket. And it might cost that someone only $130.

The Borgata is dedicating the first weekend in May to poker with the second installment of its Ultimate Supersatellite Tournament, a $1,100 buy-in no limit event that gives players a chance to win $9,800 and entry into four major poker tournaments:

• $10,200 entry to the World Poker Tour Mandalay Bay Poker Championship
• $10,000 entry to the World Series of Poker main event at the Rio in Las Vegas
• $10,000 entry to the WPT Borgata Poker Open
• $10,000 entry to the Foxwoods World Poker Finals

The Ultimate Supersatellite Tournament concludes what the Borgata is calling the Ultimate Poker Weekend at 4 p.m. on May 7. Registration begins at 11 a.m.

Multi-table satellites for the event start Friday and cost $130, and a multi-table super satellite takes place May 6 at 4 p.m. and costs $250. Registration begins at noon.

One prize package will be given away for every 50 players who enter the Ultimate Super Satellite. In March, 419 players played in the first Ultimate Super Satellite and six players won a prize package, which included a $25,000 buy-in to the WPT Championship.
