The fifth installment of the UB Online Championships (UBOC) kicks off on Wednesday with a $300+$20 no-limit hold’em sniper (bounty) tournament hosted by Joe Sebok.
The series will run for 12 days and will feature 20 tournaments that boast a combined $3.628 million in guarantees. The highlight will be a $1,000+$50 main event with a $1 million guarantee. The Mini UBOC will be running concurrently and will have the same schedule at 1/10 the buy-ins.
UB will also be continuing its Bubble Buster promotion, which allows players to be rewarded for frequent cashes. Prizes are given to anybody who is able to cash twice or more. Cash nine times and you are awarded with $25,000. Cash 10 times and you walk away with $100,000. Manage to finish in the money 11 times and UB will pay out $1 million.
All UBOC winners will receive a championship watch. Anyone who takes out a Team UB pro will get $200 in tournament dollars along with a UBOC T-shirt.
Players wishing to compete in the UBOC can buy in directly or win their way in through satellites and step tournaments that start as low as $0.10.
