A number of recognizable faces have taken a seat recently, including two-time World Poker Tour main event winner Sam Panzica, 2022 WSOP $3,000 no-limit hold’em event runner-up Toby Boas, 2019 CPPT bestbet Jacksonville main event third-place finisher John O’Neal, recent CPPT bestbet Jacksonville $1,700 mystery bounty event winner Scott Risi, and David Tuthill, who recently final tabled a WSOP Circuit main event here in Florida.
Kelley Slay, who has cashed five times during the prelims, is also in the mix, joined by his wife Kelly Slay.

Two-time WPT champion Sam Panzica has been eliminated in 15th place.
Dustin Nelson opened to 24,000 from the hijack and Panzica three-bet to 86,000 out of the small blind. Nelson thought it over before moving all-in, having Panzica covered. Panzica quickly called with KK.
Nelson rolled over AQ.
The Q1074Q runout gave Nelson trips on the river to secure the massive pot.
Panzica earned $7,595, putting him at $4.7 million in career tournament earnings.
Nelson chipped up to 1,340,000 after the hand.

Sam Panzica raised to 12,000 preflop under the gun, and Matthew Leecy called UTG+1. Adam Wells reraised all in for 72,000 from the small blind, and Panzica reraised all in over the top of him. Leecy folded his cards so the two remaining players revealed their cards.

There was over 100,000 in the pot, and the board read QJ947 when Sam Panzica bet 104,000 under the gun. Brian Barros Vazquez then tanked for a minute or two before calling.
