Ryan Phan Doubles Through Dimitar Danchev
Jul 21, '17
Dimitar Danchev raised to 65,000 from the cutoff and from the button Ryan Phan three-bet to 135,000.
Danchev called and the flop brought the KQ5. Danchev checked and Phan bet 120,000.
Danchev announced that he was all-in and Phan snap called for 475,000 with the KQ for top two. Danchev was drawing to the straight with J10.
The turn brought the K to give Phan the boat and lock up the hand. The 9 on the river completed Danchev’s straight but it was too little, too late.
Phan now sits with 1,300,000 while Danchev fell to 1,225,000.
