Mark Dickstein brought in the 2 for 3,000, Bryn Kenney completed the bet to 10,000 with the 9 and Dickstein called the raise. Kenney bet 10,000 on fourth street and bet all in for 18,000 on fifth street. Dickstein called and was behind on fifth street with a small open-ended straight draw against Kenney’s higher straight draw. Nguyen bet on 4th street and the Grinder raised. Nguyen called, and did the same when Mizrachi bet on 5th street. When Mizrachi bet on 6th street, Nguyen took some time to think over the hand, eventually folding and giving the pot to Mizrachi. Kassela brought in for 5,000 and Seed completed to 18,000. Kassela and Lunkin both called. Here is how their boards looked entering fourth street. Lunkin made the call but Kassela had enough and mucked. Seed: X-X-84JK Lunkin made two pair on sixth street and led out with 36,000. Seed made the call. The river was dealt and both players checked. Lunkin then tabled (8610), nothing to add to his two pair on the board. Seed could not beat it however and mucked. Lunkin was at 980,000 while Seed was at 655,000. Matt Glantz Busts Picking up the action on fourth street, Steve Billirakis, David Chiu and Matt Glantz were involved in a hand. Billirakis: X-X-A7 Billirakis bet 18,000 and both opponents called. Billirakis: X-X-A7Q Billirakis bet 36,000 and Chiu called. Glantz called the remainder of his stack and he was all in. Billirakis: X-X-A7QA Billirakis bet 36,000 and Chiu called. The river was dealt and Billirakis checked. Chiu fired 36,000 and Billirakis let his hand go. Chiu then tabled (A58) for the nut flush and Glantz mucked his hand and exited the tournament area. Seidel’s Yacht Sinks Tulchinskiy In His Rowboat Mikhail Tulchinskiy found himself all in against Erik Seidel. Here is how their boards ran out. Tulchinskiy: (33)432K(K) Seidel was rolled up with three eights but Tulchinskiy got something to fight back with when he received a third three on fourth street. They drew blanks until the river where Tulchinskiy scored a full boat. Unfortunately, Seidel also hit a boat and his was bigger. Tulchinskiy got up and made his exit from the tournament. Ville Wahlbeck also called from the big blind. Hanson and Wahlbeck checked it all the way down and the board fell J1047J and Chiu turned up the K832, good for a flush, but Wahlbeck showed the 77X-X, rivering a full house and sending Chiu to the rail in 12th place. Ray Dehkharghani Eliminated in 11th Place ($99,590) Vitaly Lunkin raised from the button and Ray Dehkharghani three-bet all in from the small blind. Huck Seed called from the big blind and Lunkin also came along. Seed and Lunkin checked all the way down as the board fell AJ339. Lunkin showed the KKQ6, Dehkharghani tabled the A755 and Seed showed the A1076. Seed took the whole pot as he made aces and threes with a ten kicker, which eliminated Dehkharghani in 11th place. Mike Wattel Eliminated in 10th Place ($123,895) Chau Giang raised from middle position and Mike Wattel called in the big blind. The flop was AQ10 and Wattel moved in for his last 30,000 which was called by Giang. Giang showed the AQK10 and Watted showed the A862. Giang had flopped two pair and had Wattel on the ropes. The J on the turn and the 2 on the river proved to be the knockout blow, sending Wattel home, which meant the remaining nine will combine to one table. Gus Hansen Eliminated in Ninth Place ($123,895) Vitaly Lunkin raised from middle position and was called by Chau Giang, Gus Hansen, Ville Wahlbeck, and Erik Sagstrom. More than half the table saw the flop of K8K. Everybody checked to Giang and bet and after Wahlbeck and Sagstrom folded, hansen made the call for his last 30,000 and Lunkin came along for the turn card. The J fell on the turn and Giang bet after Lunkin checked. Lunkin folded and Giang showed AKQ2, which was miles ahead of Hansen’s 3328.
