Baumstein Takes the Lead
Shortly after Sean Getzwiller was eliminated in 8th place, Jeffrey Gross doubled through Scott Baumstein with A A against A J.
Baumstein took a big hit there, but quickly bounced back after doubling through then chip leader Adam Junglen. Baumstein got it all in pre-flop with A A against Junglen’s K K. Baumstein took the chip lead that hand with over 3.5 million.
Junglen tangled with Baumsetin in another big hand right before the break, dropping down to just over 1.6 million after Baumstein made aces and queens to skyrocket to 4.3 million in chips.

This event started with 387 players and ended last night (two days later) with just the 10. To get there, the final 10 players each had to win two tables, one on each of the first two days of this event.
NOTE: Play ended last night with 10 players and resumed shortly after 2:30pm. Each of the remaining ten players was issued a fresh starting stack of 1,500,000 and the standard shootout structure began once again.
