On Sunday, Isaac “philivey2694” Haxton took Isildur1 for about $40,000 in the PokerStars SuperStar Showdown
The new member of Team PokerStars Pro faced Haxton in the promotion’s first heads-up match. The duo played 2,500 hands across four tables of $50-$100 no-limit hold’em, and each player had a bankroll of $150,000 for the contest.
The largest pot of the match was $44,000, and was won by Haxton. There were multiple lead changes in the battle, however Haxton was able to pull away toward the end.
