World Poker Tour Makes First Ever Trip to Vienna€3,500 Main Event Begins on Friday |

The World Poker Tour has returned to Europe, but for the first time ever the destination is Vienna, Austria. WPT Vienna will host five events inside the Montesino Casino between today and March 30.
This inaugural visit will feature a €3,500 buy-in main event, beginning on Friday, March 25. The televised event will have two starting days, with each player sitting down with 30,000 in chips. Blinds begin at 50-100. There will be 60 minute levels with a 15 minute break after every two levels. The final table will take place on March 29.
WPT Vienna has also scheduled a €10,000 high rollers event to wrap up the series from March 28-30.

While the high roller final table plays out in Vienna on March 30, the WPT will be starting its next main event around 500 km to the east, in Bratislava, Slovakia. The WPT Bratislava main event will feature a €2,500 + 220 buy-in and run from March 30 – April 3 at the Golden Vegas casino.
