The champion of the 2011 Grosvenor UK Poker Tour Grand Final is Fabian Quoss. The German took down the £2,500 buy-in main event and received £138,750 from the £487,500 prize pool for topping a field of 195 including final table opponents Jake Cody and James Mitchell.

It took six hours for Quoss to be crowned champion including his final battle with triple crown Cody. The two had started the final table with half of all the chips in play divided between them. When they made it to heads up it was Cody who was out in front but Quoss fought back to make it even again.

Finally Quoss made his first four-bet of heads-up play with A-Q and Cody came along with K-J only to stay behind and take £96,300 for second place.

Here are the final table results and payouts:
1. Fabian Quoss £119,996
2. Jake Cody £115,054
3. Lalit Khajuria £59,700
4. Alexander Elias £36,550
5. James Mitchell £28,050
6. Tamer Kamel £23,150
7. John Gale £18,300
8. Nathan Watson £13,400
9. Jonas Ovestad £9,750

The Grand Final festival ran from Nov. 21 to Dec. 4 at the Victoria Casino and hosted 15 events to wrap up the Tour for 2011.
