Three-Way Deal Sees Spaniard Take €103,000 For Main Event Victory

Adrián Mateos Díaz has won the main event on the first stop of season four PokerStars Estrellas Poker Tour in Madrid, Spain for €103,000.

The €1,000 + €100 buy in main event attracted 632 players from 28 countries to Gran Casino in the Spanish capital creating a prize pool of €606,720.

The three-way deal saw the payout structure flattened somewhat before Scot Richard Milne exited in third place leaving an all Spanish heads up affair which lasted 45 minutes before Díaz triumphed and took the additional €5,000 set aside for the victor.
