High-Stakes Online Poker: Blom, Tollerene Have $1 Million Months To Start 2014Poker Pros Kicking Off New Year With A Bang |

Two of the biggest winners in 2013 have started off the new year with a continuance of their same winning ways. Both Viktor “Isildur1” Blom and Ben “Bttech86” Tollerene enjoyed months of January of $1.6 million and $1.4 million, respectively, according to data from HighstakesDB.
Blom’s profits have come over nearly 50,000 hands, while Tollerene won that seven-figure sum over just 8,000 hands so far in 2014. That’s a big difference in style.
The Swede and the Texan have been fixtures at the high-stakes cash game tables on Full Tilt Poker for quite some time, even squaring off from time to time in epic battles. At one point last year, Tollerene lost $1.7 million to Blom in a single session.
Both Blom and Tollerene’s latest action has been against Gus Hansen, who is down more than $1 million this year so far. He has been the punching bag for much of the high-stakes online cash game world for more than a year now.
Blom has been finding action at $2,000-$4,000 limit Omaha eight-or-better.
Here’s a look at who is up and who is down in 2014 so far:
