Daily fantasy sports is strikingly similar to online poker. Every day on multiple websites, contests are offered from $0.25 up to $5,000. These contests range from heads-up matches where the winner simply doubles his money, to tournaments like the ‘Milly Maker,’ which has a weekly cap of approximately 92,000 entries.
Tournaments like the ‘Milly Maker’ allow users to enter various lineups, each costing $27 in this case. These are called multi-entry tournaments. The risk can be greater, but you give yourself more chances to win. On each entry fee a commission is taken.
