FLORIDA
- The 2014 SHR Rock ‘n’ Roll Poker Open (Nov 13, ‘14 – Dec 03, ’14) The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood in Hollywood, FL has played host to some of the biggest tournament series around in recent years. This holiday season they continue in this tradition with their 30-event SHR Rock ’n’ Roll Poker Open tournament series that began earlier this month. The highlight of the whole affair is the $2 million guaranteed $3,500 buy-in no-limit hold’em main event that begins with the first of two starting days at noon local time on Nov. 28th. Play will continue until a champion is decided on Dec. 3rd, with the final table beginning at 1:00 PM.
- bestbet Jacksonville’s Turkey Bowl Tournament and $50,000 Guarantee (Nov 27, ‘14 – Nov 28, ’14) bestbet Jacksonville has established itself as Northern Florida’s premiere poker tournament destination. This week they have two exciting and affordable events, with a a $175 no-limit hold’em bounty event beginning at 7:00 PM local time on Thanksgiving and a $50,000 guaranteed $200 buy-in with four starting flights beginning on Nov. 28th and 29th.
SOUTH
- The 2014 WSOP Circuit Harrah’s Cherokee (Nov 28, ’14 – Dec 08, ’14) The World Series of Poker Circuit returns to Cherokee, North Carolina for the latest stop on their popular tour. As usual there will be 12 gold ring events on offer, with the highlight of the first week being the kickoff $365 buy-in event that features three starting flights spread throughout Nov. 28th and 29th.
CALIFORNIA
MOUNTAIN
- The 2014 Colorado Poker Championship XI (Nov 28, ‘14 – Dec 15, ’14) The Golden Gates Casino in Black Hawk, Colorado gets it’s sizable 32-event Colorado Poker Championship XI series underway this week, with the early highlight being a $300 no-limit hold’em tournament that begins at noon local time on Nov. 29th.
NORTHEAST
- The 2014 Black Friday Weekend Foxwoods Resort Casino has plenty on offer for those who would rather play poker than shop over Thanksgiving weekend, with a 16-tournament series taking place from Friday through Sunday. The centerpiece of the whole weekend is the $400 guy-in $50,000 guaranteed no-limit hold’em event that begins at 11:00 AM on Nov. 28th.
- The 2014 Superstacks Hold’em Series (Nov 28, ‘14 – Dec 07, ’14) The Turning Stone Casino and Resort in Verona, NY is launching it’s Superstacks Hold’em Series this weekend, with the highlight being the $100,000 guaranteed $250 buy-in kickoff event that begins with the first of four starting flights at 11:00 AM on Nov. 28th.
INTERNATIONAL
- The Grosvenor UK Poker Tour Grand Final (Nov 23, ‘14 – Nov 30, ’14) The Grosvenor Casino Victoria in London, England is set to host the GUKPT Grand Final this week, with the £2,080 no-limit hold’em main event beginning with the first of two starting days at 1:00 PM local time on Nov. 27th.
NEVADA
- The 2014 Golden Saturday (Nov 29, ‘14) The Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas has a $50,000 guaranteed no-limit hold’em event with only a $125 buy-in kicking off at noon local time on Nov. 29th.
