For the first time ever the Card Player Poker Tour will make a stop at Casino Royale in Maho Bay, St. Maarten in the Caribbean and player who book early will receive an extra bonus.
All players who book prior to Jan. 31 will receive entry into a $3,300 freeroll tournament to take place during the 22-tournament series. The final 10 finishers in the freeroll tournament will receive entry into a $330 mega-satellite for the main event. Rates for the all inclusive resort start as low as $140 per night.
The series will begin Apr. 24 with a $125 no-limit hold’em tournament and wrap up with a $125 no-limit hold’em survivor on May 3. Other tournaments include $340 pot-limit Omaha, $340 Omaha eight-or-better and many satellites.
The feature event will be the $1,650 no-limit hold’em $200,000 guarantee main event Apr. 30 through May 3.
