A poker game held at an apartment in Michigan was in the process of getting robbed when a player took out his gun and shot the suspect dead, police said, according to a report from MLive.com.
The incident happened on Wednesday evening. One of the players—it’s not clear if it was the player who shot the alleged would-be robber—was injured and is in stable condition at a local hospital.
Names have not been released yet.
This is the second poker home game killing in the past three years in Saginaw Township. The man in that case was eventually sentenced to life in prison.
