The Card Player Poker Tour is set to snake a path throughout the Caribbean on Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the seas.

In conjunction with Card Player Cruises, players on the seven-night cruise will be treated to stops in Nassau, Bahamas, Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas and Philipsburg, St. Maarten with plenty of poker action in between.

The cruise ship sets sail out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida Sept. 5 and tournaments begin Sept. 6 in the poker room. Tournaments include a variety of no-limit hold’em events with buy-ins ranging from as little as $80 up to $340 and a single Omaha eight-or-better tournament. The $1,100 no-limit hold’em main event begins Sept. 7.

Play is only allowed while the ship is at sea, so participants will have plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful landscape and scenery of the Caribbean while the ship is in port.

In 2014, World Series of Poker bracelet winner Chance Kornuth bested a main event field of 55 players to win $18,000 on the CPPT Caribbean Cruise.
