Caesars Entertainment Corp. is in advanced talks about selling Caesars Interactive Entertainment, its online gaming division, to a consortium that includes China’s Giant Interactive Group, according to a report from Bloomberg.

The discussions are for a price tag of more than $4 billion, the report said.

The sale would not include the World Series of Poker, a source told Bloomberg. CIE owns the WSOP, an annual tournament festival that concluded just days ago in Las Vegas.

It was reported back in May by The Wall Street Journal that Caesars the parent company, which is involved in the bankruptcy process of its largest operating unit, was considering a sale of CIE.
