Two brothers from Detroit are going to prison for robbing a poker game in 2015, according to a report from the Detroit Free Press.

Terence Montreal Ayers, 22, and Tyler Terrill Ayers, 26, both entered plea deals that have them potentially spending decades in prison. According to the report, Terrence received six years to 50 years for 13 counts of armed robbery and six years to 20 years for one count of first-degree home invasion. Tyler was given 14 years to 40 years for home invasion and 13 counts of armed robbery, in addition to five years to eight years for assault.

The brothers were two of five men charged in connection with the crime. The other three also agreed to plea deals and were sentenced to prison as well.

The poker game was held in Genoa Township, which is west of Detroit.

One of the victims was hit in the head with a baton. The men stole a cash box, car keys, wallets and cellphones from the poker players.
