The nine-event tournament series got underway Friday, Nov. 4 with a $75,000 guaranteed, $300 buy-in no-limit hold’em tournament that featured four starting flights.
The centerpiece of the whole series is of course the CPPT $1,000 buy-in no-limit hold’em main event, which boasts a $200,000 guarantee and two starting flights beginning at 11 a.m. local time on Nov. 11 and 12. There are more than a dozen satellite events on offer during the week that would let players win their way into the main event for $145. This year’s champ will not only score a huge payday and a trophy, but will also grace the cover of an upcoming issue Card Player magazine!
Other events on offer during the series include a $300 pot-limit Omaha tournament, two $250 no-limit hold’em bounty tournament and three $120 no-limit hold’em tournaments that sport $10,000 guarantees.
