Nevada gaming regulators last week added another gambler to the state’s “Black Book,” a list of persons who are banned for life from Silver State casinos.

On Thursday, the Nevada Gaming Commission voted to approve the addition of Bujar “Bruce” Kaloshi to the list, according to a report from the Las Vegas Review-Journal. He was arrested numerous times dating back to 2000 for marking cards at blackjack using invisible ink and using special contact lenses to see the markings.

He has convictions in Nevada, Connecticut, Iowa and Louisiana. The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement has also banned him from Atlantic City casinos.

Kaloshi, who used a handful of different aliases over the years to help him cheat the casinos, is the the 33rd person on the list. The only way off is to die.

The 57-year-old reportedly did not attend his hearing last week in Las Vegas.

Nevada’s Attorney General’s office said he has a “notorious and unsavory reputation” that “directly threatens the confidence and trust of the public” toward Nevada’s $11 billion casino industry.

Prior to Kaloshi, the last gambler to be added to the Black Book was Archie Karas, who also marked cards while playing blackjack. Karas is better known for turning $50 into $40 million playing a variety of casino games in the 1990s, before losing everything between 1995 and 1996.
