This weekend, the Card Player Poker Tour will return to the Seneca Niagara Casino for the third year in a row for the fan-favorite Fall Poker Classic. The eight-event series, which kicks off Friday, Nov. 9, boasts a combined $370,000 in guarantees.
The action begins with a $265+$35 buy-in no-limit hold’em tournament with a $100,000 guarantee. This opening event features four starting flights, beginning at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on both Friday and Saturday, Nov. 9-10. Players will start the tournament with 20,000 in chips while enjoying 30-minute levels.
Of course, the highlight of the series is the $200,000 guaranteed main event, which has a buy-in of $910+$90. The main event begins with the first starting flight at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 15, and continues with two more starting flights at 11 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 16-17. The tournament will wrap up with the final table on Monday, Nov. 19, with the winner taking home not only the top payout, but also a spot on a future cover of Card Player Magazine!
Players looking to win their main event seat at a discount can take part in the numerous scheduled $145 qualifiers. Satellites take place on Saturday, Oct. 20, 27, and Nov. 3 at 3 p.mm, and nightly from Sunday, Nov. 11 to Wednesday, Nov. 14, with three additional qualifiers on Friday, Nov. 16, with a last-chance morning qualifier running on Saturday, Nov. 17. There’s even several chances to get in for just $45, with five seats guaranteed every Friday and Saturday night at 8 p.m., Oct. 19, 20, 26, 27, and Nov. 2 and 3.
Other events on the series schedule include a few $120 no-limit hold’em tournaments with $10,000 guarantees, a $300 pot-limit Omaha tournament with a $15,000 guarantee, and a closing $300 no-limit hold’em tournament with a $15,000 guarantee.

If that wasn’t enough poker action, don’t forget about the Fall Poker Classic Warm Up, which runs from Oct. 12-14 with a $50,000 guaranteed, $170+$30 no-limit hold’em tournament. The event has four starting flights, and players get 15,000 in starting chips with 30-minute levels.
