It was a day of heads-up madness at the PokerStars World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP) on Sunday with the conclusion of the $500 buy-in event and the $25,000 buy-in High Roller Championship.

The High Roller event just missed out on a full field with 31 entrants, creating a total prize pool of $775,000. Only the top four finishers made the money and defending champion Jonathan “Iftarii” Jaffe was eliminated in the second round. Team PokerStars Pro Bertrand “ElkY” Grospellier bubbled, busting in fifth place.

The final heads-up match came down to high-stakes unknown RaiseOnce and Dutch pro SkaiWalkurrr. While both players identities have yet to be revealed, many on the virtual rail were insistent that RaiseOnce was none other than Phil Ivey.

In the end, it took a massive cooler and bad beat to end it. SkaiWalkurrr was all in holding aces against RaiseOnce and his pocket queens. A queen on the flop had SkaiWalkurrr drawing to a straight or aces that never came. He earned $193,750 for his runner-up performance. RaiseOnce picked up the bracelet and $348,750.

In the $500 heads-up event, Fabrizio “SixthSense19” Gonzalez defeated Russian pro Sergey “gipsy74” Rybachenko for his bracelet and $100,000.
