For the second consecutive year, the World Series of Poker Circuit Tournament of Champions is heading to California. The WSOP announced Wednesday that the tournament would be held at the Commerce Casino in Los Angeles from May 15-17. The freeroll event runs in the middle of the WSOP Circuit stop at the Commerce.
