Took the night off tonight to go watch the LA Lakers. Layne Flack got great tickets in the owners box which was great. They beat Atlanta in a blow out which was fun to watch. I am going to take a few days off and play golf out in the Palm Springs area to relax. I'll be back for the main event in a couple of days. There is a good little local game in Palm Springs at the local casino which I will most likely play in tomorrow night. It's hosted by a local golf/poker pro Joe Mcgowan who is a good player and a great guy. I try not to loose more on the golf course to him then I can win at the poker table.

I am a little burned out after two weeks straight of 14 hours a day. I played in the Stud event yesterday and went out 14th. Unfortunately only the final table got paid. I guess on the bright side, no Lakers game if I made the final table. Also I get to hang out with my dog.
