Leaving Las Vegas

Unfortunately the day didn't go as I'd hoped. I never won a pot, every time I raised, I was re-raised, and the one time I called it was against Eugene Todd who had KK against my AK. I felt like I played pretty well until I got short stacked and then was somewhat frustrated. I am on my way back to Rancho Mirage, CA to take care of a few things. Although Vegas is my home now I still spend a lot of time in CA. I will be playing in a little no limit cash game tomorrow night at The Spa Casino in Palm Springs.

I will be taking the next week off to spend time with my family. Last month was my parent's 50th wedding anniversary and they are taking my brothers, their families, and of course me, their favorite son, to the Caribbean for a week long family retreat/celebration. I am looking forward to spending the time with everyone there especially my nieces and nephew. The only poker I'll be playing will be with the family and I'm shore I'll be hustled. On the way I am going to spend a night in Miami and catch up with Noah Schwartz.
