Day two of the Bellagio Cup was tough, ran cold without any cards or good situations, but survived. I have less than average chips, but still around 40 big blinds, so with a little luck I will fight my way back. There are about 124 players remaining and the money comes at 100.

After this I'm taking a break for a few weeks and will head back to CA to see my dog and some friends, then it's off to NY to spend time with my parents, brothers, nieces and nephew. I will be spending a couple of weeks in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate NY at a place called Schroon Lake. As a kid we used to spend summers there and I'm excited to return.

The next event I am going to play is the deep stack event at Borgata August 9th, then more time off until the end of August. As I put my preliminary schedule together for the upcoming months I am planning to play more events outside the US, including Europe, Asia, South Africa, South America, and of course Australia.
