I am finally getting home to Rancho Mirage CA as of today, having been gone the past ten weeks. I will get a chance to visit with my dog. He lives with another family with 2 dogs when I am away and is probably equally happy living with them. I am taking a few days to catch up on things here before heading to NY. I will be spending time with my parents, brothers, nieces and nephew as well as playing a little at The Borgata. The will be having a 2k event starting the weekend of August 8th, with 2 start days. The turnout should be strong and events at The Borgata always seem to be great.

I have been playing online at Full Tilt over the past few days. They have an Iron Man series where players qualify and then play 3 pros, receiving 5k for winning the first heads up match, 10k for the second and 100k for the third. I will be playing at 1:30pm Pacific time today. I have also been playing some tournaments and cashing on a regular basis. The Full Tilt FTOP's series will be starting soon and I will be hosting an event. I am looking forward to this series and have been playing satellites for the upcoming events to make the series almost like a free roll. I like playing satellites both live and online and I believe they are good for improving your game. As you become accomplished at them it also keeps the tournament expenses under control.
