FTOPS Begins Today, Ready for LA

I have been playing online this past week and have been playing mostly tournaments and satellites for the upcoming FTOPS events on Full Tilt, which begin today. I really enjoy playing the satellites, and for the most part seem to do well with them. I did have a bad run in the satellite for the Monday 1k where I played 4 and didn't get in. However for the FTOPS I have played one or two for each event and made it. I usually play live satellites for the bigger buy in tournaments as well. I do think it is important to keep a log of the satellites you play and measure how you perform in them over the long haul.

I leave for LA tomorrow morning and have started to fly Virgin America. They have wifi on board and I have been able to play online while flying the 6 hours cross country. They also have a policy of inexpensive upgrades at the airport, which I really like. I have to admit I can't wait to get back to the Commerce. I also have a lot of friends in LA, as well as a business and I look forward to catching up with both.

While playing the events of the LAPC I will be keeping track of various hands and situations and will discuss them here as they happen.
