Headed to Borgata Deep Stack

Well I have taken the last week off to work on a few projects, and relax a little bit, and spend time with my family. I am heading to The Borgata tomorrow for the deep stack event, which begins Saturday. It is a $1,500 buy in with a $500,000 guarantee. I am sure they will not disappoint and it will be a well-run, large field event. My good friend Jay Berger is meeting me there and it will be good to catch up with him. Although when Jay says he will be somewhere, he absolutely might. I am kind of sad to have missed Bay 101 and the Wynn, but I had a family event, which takes precedence, that is of course as long as it's not the main event of the WSOP.

I have been playing a lot on Full Tilt lately and had some success. I have been playing a fair amount of satellites for the WSOP and finished in the money in several, but haven't won a main event seat yet. There is a 1k main event qualifier, which I will most likely play tonight. I have also been playing quite a bit of PLO, which I enjoy.

I am beginning the process of looking for a new dog. I still miss the old one, but the time has come. I am looking for a German Sheppard of German origin and with some training. I have had a two or two my whole life and always got them as puppies until the last one. A good friend convinced to get a trained dog from Germany and although I was a little skeptical at first, it was the best thing I could have done. It took less than a week for him to bond with me and for years he went everywhere with me. I might wait until after the WSOP, but I'm not sure that I can.
