Back in NY City, WPT Cyprus Next

I have been home for a week now, and really a little disappointed in how the WSOP went for me. I am taking the next few weeks off with the WPT Cyprus being the next big event I’m going to play. I am kind of excited for this event, never having been to Cyprus before, and it’s a great resort and a beautiful area. I will be there from September 4th through the 12th. Before leaving Vegas, I shot some training videos for the Full Tilt Academy, which was really quite fun. Although I always enjoy Vegas, I was really burned out and ready to get back to the peace and quiet of New York City. I will make the occasional venture to Borgata or Mohegan Sun, but mostly plan to catch up on everything and everyone I let slide during the past couple of months.

Roy Winston finished 16th in 2007 Card Player, Player of the Year race. He won the WPT Borgata Poker Open and finished the year with well over $2 million in tournament poker winnings.
