Why the late start?

I am sitting over here in my room at Commerce waiting for it to be time for day two of the Legends to start. I don't know why the LA casinos always start the tournaments late. Bike starts at two and Commerce at three. Even worse than that is when you go back east to Borgata and they start them earlier, 10 am, this really sucks for us comming from the west coast already lose 3 hours,(one of my only complaints about Borgata). I would really love it if everyone would just start at noon run 5 or 6 levels and let the players have some kind of set sleep schedule.

I can see that in their little tournaments they want people to come in after work, but this is a $10K event. How many working men are we going to lose from the field?

I will say that at least the Bike has figured out that they don't need to keep the players up all night on day one and two, it really is in noboddy's best interest. Surely there is no reason a casino should want a bunch of exhausted players who go straight to bed or to bust everyone out in day one and get them out of the casino. They should be happy to stretch it out and make some more money off the players while they have enjoy their casino and I think most are starting to figure this out.

Day one was not good for me and I am starting with about 11,000. I will need to get lucky or it will be a short day 2 for me any way you slice it.
