I've had a blast video-blogging with my new iPhone and posting TwitVids!  You can follow me at @Phil_Hellmuth.  You can also see the Tweets on my Facebook page.  I posted my best twitvid ever recently, featuring Eva Longoria Parker, Tim Duncan, Malik Rose, Lee Ann Tweeden, and Brian White; who is in the number one movie in America "I Can do Bad all by Myself", Eva's charity tournament that I emceed; here is a link to my video: http://www.twitvid.com/2B298

I've been watching ESPN coverage the past few weeks and their pieces, which have featured me, have been really great and pretty entertaining.  One of the most fun things this month was hanging out with the Stanford football team and traveling with them to their away game at Wake Forest!  My wife is a Stanford girl.  Coach Jim Harbaugh invited me to speak to the team in Palo Alto and I have to say that he's doing some good work with the program and with the kids.  It was even more poignant for me to hang out with these college kids because our oldest son, Phillip, is off to college this month for his very first semester!  I really miss him, and it is kind of a tough thing to go through for my wife and I.  After the game at Wake Forest, I took a private jet to Eva and Tony Parker's charity event in San Antonio.  Man, do these two know how to throw an event!  There were over 1,000 players in this event, and it was first class all the way.  There was country star Sara Evan's singing at the beginning of evening, poker tournament for the rest of the night, great food, and yours truly emceed the whole thing.  The charity benefits intellectually challenged children (Evasheroes.org), and hits close to my heart because my sister Ann is a Special Olympian.  After Eva's event I flew to London and played in the English Poker Open, where I shot a twitvid with the "Queen" of England, haha.  Tomorrow at noon I begin the WSOPE here in London at the Empire Casino in Leicester Square.

If you haven't checked out the book that I co-published with Phil Ivey this year, check it out at PokerBrat.com.  Twenty of the world's top poker pro's share in their own words how the broke into the professional ranks.  This book is getting really rave reviews online, and you can check out a bunch of excerpts at CardPlayer.com.  It goes nationwide with Barnes and Noble in November, but you can get advance copies at PokerBrat.com.  Also, I have a new "Poker Zen" shirt out that I've been wearing almost every day, and I LOVE it (www.Pokerbrat.com).

I have been playing $25-$50 blinds no limit Hold'em (7-2 game!) at UB, where you win whenever you win a pot with the starting hand of 7-2, fun!!   That's it for now.  I'll post updates from the WSOPE soon.  I am pretty hungry to win right now, so I hope to play my best, and actually win a few key pots, unlike what I did at the WSOP this year!
