I've been on the road for a month!  First Wake Forest with the Stanford Football team, then San Antonio for Eva and Tony Parker's charity tournament, then Nottingham, England for "English Poker Open," then London for the WSOPE (World Series of Poker Europe), and finally to Aruba for the UltimateBet.com "Aruba Poker Classic!"  I just got back From Aruba last night and tomorrow I go to Justin Timberlake's golf tournament in Las Vegas.  The draw party is Tuesday night at the Mandalay Bay and the Pro-Am is Wednesday, and my golf game is awful!  Then Wednesday night, Thursday afternoon, and Friday all day I will be coaching Jeff Shulman for the "November Nine" (the final table for the WSOP).  The NY Times will be sitting in on a few of those sessions.  Speaking of the Shulmans, I'm so proud of my friend Barry Shulman!  Barry won the WSOPE main event, and although he asked to sit in on Jeff's coaching sessions awhile back, now Barry will be doing the teaching!  Barry wins the WSOPE, can you imagine his son Jeff winning the WSOP in the same year?  Wow, that's a sick thought!

I really cannot reveal what I will be coaching Jeff to do at the "November Nine," but Jeff and I are very like-minded, and I absolutely believe that he is the favorite to win it.  Phil Ivey is truly amazing, but he only has $10 million in chips

Aruba was amazing as always!  I had a sick suite and we had an epic party in it with the "Dan band" playing live in my suite, 30 bottles of Dom P, a full bar with two bartenders, a DJ, rap battles between Mooknam and Jeff Madsen, and a hot tub that involved some very adult entertainment.  Check out my twitvids of my suite, the Dan band warming up, and my party with the Dan Band playing at: www.twitter.com/phil_hellmuth .  In order to make it into my party you had to be an "Icon" at UltimateBet.com, or a "Diamond Elite" at AbsolutePoker.com, or make the money in the "Aruba Poker Classic."  The "Aruba Poker Classic" had 475 players, and paid 45 spots.  I finished in about 53rd place, but I played "Old school Phil" tactics, and I was tough to beat baby!

I am looking forward to playing more poker in the near future.  I play in the Bellagio WPT event on October 22, and then I will play in a bunch of PAD's (Poker After Darks), and a bunch of "High Stakes Poker" cash game shows.  I guess that they will come out on television in 2010

I'm currently planning a number of appearances in Q4 of this year, including a "Tour Across Oregon" December 11, 12, and 13 in Eugene, Portland, and maybe La Center, Washington.  Come to my poker seminars with Brandon Cantu, P0kerH0, WiscoMurray, and I; have dinner with us (VIP package), and play in a tournament with us!  More info to come this week at: ww.PokerBrat.com/TourAcrossAmerica .  I am also doing the "November Nine Academy"--November 6 8--at Caesars palace in Las Vegas.  For more info check out: www.WSOPAcademy.com .
