Out late in the fifth level of the 1500 WSOP event today. I felt like I played pretty well and thought I had a chance today. Early on I tried to trap by checking behind with AcKs on the turn of K62 and then my opponent turned a set of fives and check-minraised me on the turn. The river was the 2c for three clubs on boards, so I had the phony nut flush. The player quickly checked, and I made one of my best checks ever after 30 seconds of thought. He showed me 55 for fives full and I avoided the trap when I wanted to move all-in for value on the river so badly. I was down to 2000ish after the hand and then got moved to a new table. I was all the way down to 700 before the first break but doubled AQ vs AJ AIPF. I took 1400 to the first break. I came back and doubled up with 8c5s when I got a free look in the BB in a 3way pot against the limper's QTss on 8h 4s 3s. I faded his 14 outs. I then went on a heater and was at 9200 at the second break when I got moved to my third table of the day. A big pot came up here when the UTG player limped, and I was the second limper with JTo on the button. The blinds joined and we saw 998. We all checked. The turn was a nice Q giving me the nut straight. The SB led out for 900, BB folded, limper called, and I raised to 3000. The SB folded and the BB quickly moved in for 3900 total. I of course called and he showed me 88, and I was drawing dead. I was down to 5500 and got moved to my fourth table of the day. I stayed there for 8 hands, we broke again, and I was at my fifth table of the day. Again, one orbit and, remarkably, I got moved to my sixth table in just 4.5 hours. I had around 5400 when the bust hand came up. I raised AKo UTG after being quiet for an orbit. A guy instacalled 900 right behind me leaving himself 2700 chips. Then a player two to his left raised to 4000. It was folded back to me, and I decided to jump in for my 5400 total because I liked the numbers. The guy behind me called all-in for 3600 and showed AJss, heh. The raiser showed QQ. The flop was a yucky TT9 with two spades, taking away one more of my outs to win the whole pot. I could still break even on the hand if I beat QQ but lost to AJss. The turn was a T and river a 9 to bust me.

I will not be playing the 50000 dollar HORSE event :( I will be playing the 1500 dollar mixed NL/LHE event at 5 p.m. tomorrow. I have an interview with a guy from pokerlistings.com a bit before that.
