I overslept for yesterday's 2000 dollar limit event and the 2 p.m. event at Bellagio, so Stephanie and I spent the afternoon out by the pool. Today I played the 5000 dollar event at Bellagio and busted around the middle of the pack of the 38 entrants. I headed over to the poker room and had a very, very nice five figure session at 10/20. I take comfort in knowing if I was to go broke to my last few thousand dollars of net worth I could make 300 bucks an hour at that game. I really am going to try to get in atleast 20 hours a week in that game in the prime time hours, especially after the series is over when I have some free time. The 25/50 is probably good at times, too, but I haven't played and don't really want to swing 20000 a day. I guess I'm still around break even for the summer overall. Tomorrow is Stephanie's 22nd Birthday. As much as I want to play the 5000 dollar 6 max event at Rio, I've decided to skip it to spend time with her. I'm such a great boyfriend...I know. The plans are to go to dinner at N9NE at Palms and then get a table at a nightclub weeeeeeeeee.
