Limped into Day 2 of Venetian 2500

I limped into day 2 of the Venetian 2500 dollar main event with 18600. We started with 15000 in chips, and the average is just over 60000. 54 players remain of the 230 or so that entered. Reportedly, EIGHTEENpercent of the prizepool has been taken out. The tournament has been run terribly, as none of the floor staff knows what is going on. An additional 5 percent has apparently been taken out for charity on top of the already over-juiced total. It is absolutely absurd to take out money for charity from a poker tournament prizepool. I have pledged to donate a percentage of my winnings this year to charity, but to make the decision for the players to donate is ludicrous. If I cash and eighteen percent is taken out then all hell is going to break loose. Anyway, things were going pretty well early. I took an average 22500 stack to dinner at 9 p.m. I came back and ran a huge bluff on a kid for 90% of my chips with 65cc on Q32A when I raised him AI on the turn. He reraised me preflop from the blinds and it looked like a scripted reraise. I called and floated the flop. The turn he bet the Ace, and I just felt he didn't have it. He claimed to have folded JJ, but I didn't show or say my hand. A few minutes later a stupid pot came up. I was all the way up to 44000 but dribbled down to 37000 when this hand came up. The erratic Davidson Matthew limped UTG and another limped at 3/600. A guy raised to 3000. I found AKcc in the BB and called 3000. DM insta moved in for 13100 total. The guy folded, and I quickly called. He showed me AJo. This hand is frighteningly similar to a hand at Bellagio in April where Nick Binger limp reraised (called) all-in with AsJh and sucked out against my AK. Anyway, the board of course came Qc Js 5h Jd x and Dave was shipped the 31000 chip pot. I was down to 23000 and all the way down to 14000 when I got lucky AI with T8cc vs a guy's A9o on 9h 7h 5d. The turn was a 6 and he was drawing dead. The guy started berating me and said something to the effect of, "Good thing you won 2 million dollars early in your career," lol. Good game sir. I got as high as 40000 again but saw the most disgusting hands over the last 7 orbits. I raised two pots in 2 hours and got reshoved on both. We resume at 1 p.m. which is only 9 hours from now. Hopefully I can double twice because the structure is good, and I'll win if I get chips and can play flops.
