In Tunica + Decent Day in Online Tournaments

Stephanie and I are in Tunica, MS. The main event doesn't start until Tuesday. It's a 5000 dollar WSOP Circuit event, and it's the only tournament I'll be playing at the casino here in Tunica. We have a flight booked for Thursday to fly to Philadelphia. We'll then cab or limo it the hour to Atlantic City, because flights to ACY are always stratospherically high for some reason.

I played the online tournaments from the hotel all day today. I airballed the Stars and FTP tournaments but murdered on UB. I ended up winning an 8500 Aruba package for the 5000 dollar main event there in a few weeks. I have never been to Aruba, so I'm looking forward to it. I also final tabled the 500 dollar tournament they have on Sundays, but finished a disgusting 9th. I entered the 10 handed final table as a slight chipleader. The blinds were enormous though, and I ended up getting in with T9 vs QQ on a 987 board against the then-chipleader after he somehow found a just-call on the button preflop. Brick-Brick. Sucks because first was 23000 or something and I got 2600. Oh well.

Also congrats to Jon for finishing 7th at WPT Biloxi for almost 100 thousand.
