Spent yesterday playing the online tournaments. Jesus Christ these things are tilting. The worst is when you have like 5 nice sweats going and you get spiked on one then tilt away a stack on another then get spiked on 3 more. After the tournaments I decided to tilt away some money playing Omaha 8 and then even more playing HU NLHE. It is extremely uncharacteristic of me to tilt, so I'm very angry at myself. I'm especially mad that it was these tiny online MTTs that set me off.

A chance for you guys to make some money...

I will send 1000 to the first 10 people that catch me playing any online Omaha 8 cash games above 15/30 fixed limit from today until the end of the 2008 WSOP. Simply email me any handhistory of me in the game and I'll ship the money. I am a bleeder in this game, so if I want to learn the ins and outs of it then I'll have to do so at microstakes. I've seen other poker bloggers do this in games in which they don't belong. It seems to save them lots of money, so I'll give it a try. Don't waste your time sending phony hand histories, because I obviously have the real ones on my computer and will only send if I really do sit in the games. I've also got to make a better attempt to start doing other things besides poker. I'm falling into this depressing one-dimensional boring play poker all the time mentality. I take that back...I've been drinking a ton, too, which may or may not be ok.

Gonna take the day off and try to get my head on straight for tomorrow's 5000 at Bellagio. I also need to play some of the satellites to the 25000 event. I don't have a seat yet, but I'll almost certainly play. It's a tough field, but I'm still easily +EV in it.
