Out of Event #19

Out of the 1500 PLO event #19. I busted as time expired to go to the first break. It was a bit unfortunate because we actually got the hand off with 8 seconds left to go before break, lawl. I basically nut peddled for the first two hours, as I'm sure is the only correct strategy in a shallow PLO event. I was at a table with Mike "NUTZREALBIG" McStott and Thomas Walroos, two very accomplished PLO players. I was at 2100 of the 3000 stack when the bust hand came up. A kid who was playing well raised to 300 in the cutoff and I had AhAx8x5h in the BB and an easy 3bet. The kid thought a second and called. Flop JT6 with two hearts. Of course I jammed. He called with either KQJT or KJT9, so I was either an 11:9 dog or a coinflip. I missed.

My mom and I ate lunch at Sao Paulo Cafe and I just returned to the house from dropping her off at the airport.

In a few minutes I'll head back to the strip to play the 2000 dollar LHE event #20. I'll have updates from that later tonight.
