I successfully satellited into the 15000 dollar main event via the 1500 dollar mega this evening. This marks the third consecutive year I've satellited into this 15000 dollar affair, dating back to the first time I was old enough to play it in 2006.

Satellites aren't too exciting, so there isn't much to report. I was able to hold AIPF with 99 against some dude for about 80 percent of my chips with 30 or so players left. The board came QT8xx. After that I was able to coast.

It's always nice to lock up the seat early, although I obviously would direct buy even if I didn't satellite in. I'm back in our hotel room now and gonna relax and take it easy tonight. We went out last night and didn't get in until about 5 a.m. We checked out a really funny improv comedy show at Harrah's last night. The headliner was Mark Curry from the epic sitcom "Hangin' with Mr. Cooper". We laughed a lot. I'm in action tomorrow in the 5000 dollar event. I'll post chipcount updates via my iPhone at each break. I'm desperate for poker content, so hopefully this will suffice.
