Long 14 hour day. I'm on to day 2 of the WSOP Event #8 1000 rebuy with 70200 chips. Average is like 66ish. We got down to the exact money spot of 81 players right at 2 a.m. We're guaranteed 5800 dollars or something, but I want to win the title, bracelet and half a million+. I sat at the same table all day, and everytime someone busted out they filled it with another pro. Table was sick all day. I don't really feel like talking about the hands because I'm tired and my back hurts. I was down to 4000 in chips in level 7 at 4/800, so I'm proud of myself for really grinding my way to a nice stack. Tomorrow we resume at the same table. My current table sucks with Sorel "Imper1um" Mizzi, Jon "Sketchy1" Eaton, Michael Binger and Mark Newhouse all at the table. I believe my table is the third of the 9 tables scheduled to break, so I will be happy to get out of there. The field is very, very tough. Lots of great players still alive. We don't resume til 2 p.m. tomorrow, so when I wake up around noon tomorrow afternoon I'll try to add a little more to this blog. Nice to go ahead and get a cash at the start of the WSOP. Hopefully I'll successfully make it down to the final 9 tomorrow and will be playing for a bracelet on my 22nd birthday on Thursday. I've now cashed an acceptable 4 out of 24 times (including 3 of my last 5) in WSOP events in my career, dating back to 2006.
