Out of the 1500 NLHE shootout at Rio and the 2500 Bellagio Cup event. In the shootout I drew a table with Vince Van Patten, Julian Gardner and 7 unknowns. I dwindled down to 1500 from the 3000 starting stack after I raised and got called in 4 spots with QQ. I gave away some chips on the flop and river on a final board of JJxxA. On the final hand, I'd been playing very tight and raised to 300 with AKhh UTG. A clown in the cutoff raised to 1000, and I decided to stop and go for my last 500. The flop came JcTd3c. I bet my last 500 and he called and showed me 8h8c for an strange, bad reraise PF in this kind of tournament especially against a nit like me. The turn was the Tc and the river 5c :( I went over to Bellagio and arrived an hour late. I ran my stack up to 13000 with average 10000 but then lost every single pot for an hour and busted around 40th of the 108 players with only 9 getting paid. I hate poker tournaments. 5000 dollar NLHE at Rio tomorrow.
