Well SNE grinders- we have 61 days left to earn those VPP's. I'm sitting at 755,000k. 245,000 and I'm done for the year!
October was quite the grind. I ended up getting in 430,000 hands,(possibly my monthly record). Towards the end of the month I decided to add in some 200NL tables, and since then I have actually been playing exclusively 200NL since the games seem to be OK, and I think I end up playing a lot better when I put in less hours. As long as things don't go disastrous, I will hopefully be able to finish off the year playing 200NL. My plan to finish off the year:
November: 145,000 vpps/ average of 12k hands a day at 200NL (30 days of playing)
December: 100,000 vpps/ average of 12k hands a day at 200NL (21 days of playing)
Things helping me through the grind:Coffee: I did 'quit' caffeine for a while, but lately, it seems like I'm on a caffeine binge.
Netflix / streaming T.V shows: Currently on Beverley Hills 90210. An oldy but a goody. Lots of episodes too!
Studying my game: I've been trying to work on my game more, and I've noticed that when I do, I get excited to play and see my 'new strategies' at work.
What's your trick to putting in lots of hours and staying at the top of your game?
