What a month it's been, both in the poker world and the world in general. To be honest, I decided not to write anything about "Black Friday" for a couple reasons. One, I have nothing to say that hasn't been said, and two, I really haven't read too much about it. All I can say is that I am so thankful this hasn't directly affected me, and I feel awful for those Americans whose lives were turned upside down.

As for poker, this month has been very frustrating. Here's a shot of the ugly graph resembling the rocky mountains.

VPPs earned: about 100k
Poker winnings: -$529.40
Rakeback: $10,800

So, after rakeback it's still a good month, but because I've been concentrating more on winning, I'm unhappy. I've been having a very hard time focusing. Skype, Facebook, Twitter, and online shopping, are all very distracting...

May goals:

[ ] Play 250,000 hands
[ ] $5k table winnings
