PartyPoker Signs Francesco Totti and Dragan Galic

This week PartyPoker made two new exciting signings – an Italian football hero and a rising star in the world of poker.

Football fans and even many of those not so sporty know of the name Francesco Totti. The legend will now act as an ambassador of PartyPoker.it and will play there exclusively. To celebrate this signing, PartyPoker.it is now offering new introductory bonuses and Tottie freerolls for new players.

The newest member of Team Party is Dragan Galic [pictured right]. The 35-year-old Croatian/German has more than $900,000 in live tournament winnings including a first place in the Casino Austria Poker Tour (CAPT) and fifth place in the EPT San Remo where he turned heads for keeping a firm grip of the chip lead from day one to four.

At an awards ceremony last night at the CAPT Bregenz 2010 Players’ Party, Galic was made German Poker Player of the Year 2009. Sandra Naujoks took second place, and George Danzer took third.

Galic joins Mike Sexton, Tony G, Kara Scott, Ian Frazer, Felipe “Mojave” Ramos, Bodo Sbrzesny, and Remy Biechel in Team Party.
