After confirming that the raise was to 10,000, Nguyen moved all in for 24,700 total and Woods quickly tossed in a call.
“Back-to-back,” said Nguyen as he tabled AA.
Another player informed us that Nguyen had lost most of his stack the previous hand with pocket aces.
Woods was in bad shape as he tabled QJ, but the dealer ripped off the Q on the turn to put Woods in the lead. The river was the 6 and Nguyen hit the rail as Woods stacked the chips.
Woods increased his stack to 110,000 with the elimination of the former November Niner.
